Force disable cache for now
...
Kept causing problems. Force disabling for now.
It's still being created (and connected to), but every attempt to
fetch data from it or set is ignored and either returns that no such
data exists or as if everything is fine

Added goals, cache and func to get any remote obj
...
Cache is for storage, also includes pooled encoders and decoders
goals are things to eventually add to Linstrom
